Order Processing

• All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Orders are not dispatched on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or public holidays.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery (Across Pakistan): Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

• Delivery Charges: PKR 250 (Enjoy Free Delivery on orders above PKR 5000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services all across Pakistan.

• In accordance with courier policies, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the delivery agent.

Order Tracking

• You can live-track your package using the tracking link provided after dispatch.

• If your delivery takes longer than 5 working days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged parcel or an item is missing, please inform us within 24 to 48 hours via Instagram @luxebymaria02 or Customer Support so we can arrange a replacement.
